摘　　要：地方高校体育院系与地方社会体育是互补、互需、互进的关系,加强二者的互动有利于打开"双创、双赢"的互利局面;地方高校体育院系服务社会的形式有无偿服务和有偿服务两种;服务社会的模式可以从设置专门的行政机构或成立体育服务公司两方面去构建;服务社会的过程中需处理好有偿服务和无偿服务、体育教学和社会服务、主动服务和被动服务以及服务职能行政化和去行政化四组关系问题。With the research methods of literature study and investigation, the paper researches the current social service of the sport departments of the local universities. The sport department of the local university and local social sport com- plement and interact with each other and the interaction helps to realize the win-win situation. The social service of the sport department of the local university can be divided into free service and paid service. The paper proposes to establish the administrative department or sports service company. It is proposed to cope with the relation between free service and paid service, between P.E. Teaching and social service, between active service and passive service, between administra- tive service function and de-administration.
