摘　　要：通过对吉林东部地区村镇住宅洪水灾后调查与试验研究,结合试验及实际情况列举了一些村镇住宅中存在的防洪问题。对于此类防洪问题,从基础选址、结构设计、材料及施工人员等方面提出相关改进措施,为灾后村镇住宅重建提供一些参考。The paper enumerates some flood control problems through the inquisition and experiment research to the broken town housings under the flood in the eastern region of Jilin. It also puts forward some related improvement measures to the flood control problems, involving the address, the structure design, the material and the constructors, etc. with the hope to provide some references to the rebuilding of town housings after the calamity.
