摘 要:[目的]观察不同层次临床护理人员科研培训的效果。[方法]随机抽取山西省接受过培训的太原、晋中、忻州、阳泉地区的临床护理人员202人,采用自设问卷在培训前后进行调查,针对临床护理人员科研中存在的问题采取有效的方案进行培训,并在广泛调查了解护理人员科研能力状况的基础上,采用德尔菲法对全国护理专家进行咨询。[结果]不同层次护理人员培训后较培训前对科研工作重要性认识、护理科研知识了解程度、护理期刊作用了解情况、科研作用认识均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义。[结论]通过培训提高了护理人员的科研认知水平,改变了其科研态度,增加了其参与科研的热情和主动性,促进了其护理论文写作水平、科研数量与质量的提高。Objective:To observe the effect of research training for different levels of clinical nursing staff. Methods. A total of 202 clinical nursing staff were randomly selected from Taiyuan, Jinzhong, Xinzhou, Yangquan of Shanxi province who had received the training. They were investigated by using self designed questionnaire before and after the training and the effective training plans were taken aiming at clinical nursing problems existed in the research. Delphi Method was applied to consultation for national nursing experts on the basis of extensive investigation of research ability of clinical nurses. Results:There were obvious improvements in understanding of different levels of clinical nursing staff to the scientific research importance,nursing scientific research knowledge, nursing journal effect and the scientific research function after the training, there was statistically significant differences in them before and after the training. Conclusion: Through the training, the research cognitive level of clinical nursing staff is improved and their attitudes toward scientific research are changed. Their enthusiasm and initiative to scientific research have been increased and their nursing paper writing level, scientific research quantity and quality have been promoted.
