摘　　要：企业社会责任是企业经济效益与社会效益的统一,企业要在促进社会发展的同时实现自身的发展。公用企业的特殊性要求其应更多地参与社会公益事业,承担相应的社会道德责任。但是,企业的社会责任不能无限扩张,否则,最终损害的不仅仅是企业自身的利益,也包括社会的整体利益。The corporate social responsibility is the unity of economic and social benefits. Enterprises should achieve their own development while promoting social development. The special requirements of public enter- prises should be more involved in social welfare undertakings, and to bear the social and moral responsibili- ty. However, it should be noted that the social responsibility of the enterprises can not be expanded unlimit- edly. Otherwise, both the benefits of the enterprises and the society will be damaged.
