摘　　要：新生教育是整个大学教育的起点,是一项关键性的基础工作。文章指出不断探索新机制,努力搭建新平台,让学生党员融入到新生教育工作中,充分发挥这个特殊群体的优势和作用,有利于帮助大学新生树立正确思想,尽快完成角色转变,适应大学学习和生活,从而使新生教育工作更具针对性和实效性。As the start of entire university education, the freshman education is a critical infrastructure work. The article pints out that constant exploring new mechanisms and trying to build a new platform to make student party members blend into freshman education is beneficial to help establish the freshmen correct ide- as, and change the role as soon as possible so as to help them adapt to university study and life. It has the pertinence and effectiveness in freshman education.
