摘　　要：随着全球二氧化碳排放权交易的蓬勃发展,碳交易市场规模迅速膨胀,各国纷纷建立碳交易市场。我国作为《京都议定书》的签字国,为市场参与者建立交易的机制和平台,即建立一个有效的碳市场交易机制势在必行。应用PEST分析模型对宏观环境因素进行分析,针对碳市场交易机制的影响因素建立评价指标体系,并运用SPSS软件的主成分分析法进一步提取出4个主成分用以反映全部指标信息,以期为企业提供指导性意见。With the vigorous development of global trading of carbon dioxide emission rights,the scale of carbon trading market expands rapidly,and various countries established their carbon trading market one after another.As China being the signatory country of ＂Kyoto Protocol＂,it is imperative to establish transaction mechanism and platform for market participants,i.e.,an effective trading mechanism of carbon market in China.PEST analytic model is applied to analyze the macroscopic environmental factors,an evaluating indicator system is established according to the influencing factors of trading mechanism of carbon market,and principal component analysis with SPSS software is used to extract 4 principal components which can reflect overall information of indicators,in order to provide guidance for enterprises.
