手指点穴配合中药熏洗治疗宫缩痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨手指点穴配合中药熏洗治疗宫缩痛的疗效。方法:选择50例顺产妇女在肌注缩宫素治疗后进行手指点穴配合中药熏洗作为干预组,随机选取同时期50例顺产妇女在肌注后不予以上干预作为对照组,比较干预组产妇治疗前后疼痛评分结果,比较干预组与对照组产后48h宫缩疼痛缓解的效果。结果:干预组第1次肌注后宫缩痛评分(3.58±0.94)分,对照组肌注后宫缩痛评分(3.56±0.96)分,两组产妇疼痛评分比较无差异,P>0.05,两组资料有可比性,干预组治疗前宫缩痛评分(3.58±0.94)分,治疗后宫缩痛评分(1.21±0.52)分,治疗前后疼痛评分比较有差异,P<0.05,产后48h,两组宫缩痛缓解效果比较,观察组CR+PR占88%,对照组占34%,两组比较有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:手指点穴配合中药熏洗对治疗宫缩痛有显著的疗效,是一项经济简便,产妇易于接受的操作,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discusses the effect on treating uterine contraction pain by the finger pinpoint plus herbal fumigation. Methods： Looked 50 cases of normal women who in the intramuscular injection of oxytocin after treatment of finger pinpoint plus herbal fumigation as the intervention group, randomly selected 50 cases after intramuscular injection of natural laboring women in not more interventions as control group, comparing the maternal pain score of intervention group before and after treatment, and compared the pain relieving effect of 48 hours postpartum uterine pain between the intervention and control groups. Results： The intervention group first intramuscular injection of uterine contraction pain score （3.58±0.94）, the control group received uterine contraction pain score was （3.56±0.96）, two groups of maternal pain score with no significant difference, P〉0.05, two groups of data are comparable, the intervention group before treatment of uterine contraction pain score was （3.58±0.94）, treatment of uterine contraction pain score （1.21±0.52）, pain score was difference between before and after the treatment, P〈0.05, to compare 48 hours postpartum uterine pain relieving effect, the observation group CR＋PR was 88%, while the control group was 34%, there were significant differences between the two groups, P〈0.01. Conclusions： Finger pinpoint plus herbal fumigation on the treatment of uterine contraction pain has significant effect, is an economic and simple, maternal acceptable operation, worthy of clinical application.
