天灸疗法治疗不同系统慢性疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨天灸治疗的人群对象,观察天灸疗法对不同系统的慢性疾病的治疗效果。方法:随机抽取2010年在我科天灸治疗的85例患者,采用问卷结合电话随访的形式进行回顾性分析,并按主要症状分为:呼吸系统组、消化系统组、慢性疼痛组,分别调查不同系统疾病的疗效。结果:三组患者天灸疗效之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:不同系统疾病的三组患者疗效间无明显差异,说明天灸疗法对呼吸系统、消化系统和慢性疼痛均有较好疗效。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating different systems of chronic diseases by the Tian moxibustion therapy. Methods： Random sample of 85 patients with the Tian moxibustion therapy for treatment in my Division days in 2010, a questionnaire combined with a telephone follow-up were retrospectively analyzed according to the main symptoms are divided into： group of the respiratory system, digestive system, chronic pain group, respectively, to investigate the different systems the efficacy of the disease. Results： There were no significant differences of the efficacy of Tian moxibustion therapy among the three groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： No significant difference between the three groups of patients the efficacy of the different system diseases, Tian moxibustion therapy have a good effect on the respiratory system, digestive system and chronic pain.
