摘　　要：产后尿潴留类似于中医学产后癃闭或产后小便不通,其发病机理不外虚实两端,针刺结合炙黄芪党参治疗产后尿潴留疗效显著,现报告如下。Postpartum urinary retention is similar to the postpartum Longbitong or postpartum difficulty in urination, its pathogenesis is nothing more than the Xu and Shi, the effect of treating postpartum urinary retention by acupuncture plus sunburn astragalus and codonopsis is significan.
