麝香保心丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麝香保心丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效及其安全性。方法:对经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病心绞痛患者100例随机分为两组。治疗组50例,常规西药加麝香保心丸治疗;对照组50例,单用常规西药治疗。观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图的变化及不良反应的发生。结果:治疗后临床症状缓解率治疗组96%,对照组80%;心电图改善率治疗组为92%,对照组75%。结论:麝香保心丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛有效、安全。Objective： To observe the effect and the security of the Shexiang Baoxin pils on treating unstable angina. Methods： 100 cases of patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with western medicine plus Shexiang Baoxin Pills, control group were given western medicine. To compare the clinical symptoms, ECG changes and adverse events before and after treatment. Results： The clinical remission rate after treatment of the treatment group and control group was 96% and 80%; ECG improvement rate of the treatment group and control group was 92%, and 75%. Conclusion： Shexiang Baoxin pills is effective and safe to treat unstable angina.
