温阳方改善心衰心阳虚患者心功能及神经内分泌指标临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察心阳虚证的心衰患者应用温阳方进行治疗的临床效果。方法:对我院自2008年11月～2011年11月以来,于我科治疗的160例心阳虚证的心衰患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为AB两组,每组80例,B组予以单纯标准化的西药进行治疗;A组在B基础之上予以温阳方进行治疗。两组均治疗1月。对两组患者治疗前后其6min的步行试验与心功能计分,以及住院次数和安全性指标如Cr(肌酐)与ALT(谷丙转氨酶)的改变情况进行对比分析。结果:A组患者6min的步行试验同B组相较,差异显著(P<0.01)。AB两组患者治疗后的心功能计分与住院次数同治疗前相较,差异显著(P<0.05);A组患者治疗后的心功能计分与住院次数同B组相较,差异显著(P<0.05);AB两组患者治疗前后的Cr与ALT对比,不具差异(P>0.05)。结论:心阳虚证的心衰患者应用温阳方进行治疗,能够改善患者心功能,并减少其住院的次数,而且该方安全,未出现肝肾功能的明显损害,应予推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the Wenyang recipe in treating patients with heart Yang deficiency. Methods： Since November 2008 to November 2011, clinical data of 160 cases were retrospectively analyzed, 160 cases were randomly divided into group A and group B, 80 cases for each, group B was treated with western medicine; Group A was treated with the Wenyang recipe on the basis of treatment of group B. The two groups were treated for one month. Comparative Analysis of 6 minutes walk test and scoring of cardiac function, the number of hospitalizations and changes in safety indicators （eg, Cr and ALT） in two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results： Compared 6-minute walk test in two groups, the significant difference （P〈0.01）. Compared cardiac function scoring and number of hospitalizations in two groups before and after treatment, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the scoring of cardiac function and number of hospitalizations in group A compared with that in the group B, significant difference （P〈0.05）; the two groups of patients before and after the Cr and ALT compared with the indifference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Wenyang recipe could improve cardiac function in patients, and reduce the number of its hospital, and was safety, no obvious damage to liver and kidney function, should be promoted.
