摘　　要：目的:探讨带血管蒂骨膜瓣转移加植骨治疗肱骨骨不连的临床疗效。方法:采用带血管蒂骨膜瓣转移加植骨治疗肱骨骨不连15例肱骨骨不连患者。结果:15例均获随访,时间8～22个月(平均12.5个月),所有患者骨不连均愈合,骨性愈合时间4～10个月(平均6个月)。采用Neer标准用来评定肩、肘关节功能,优10例,良4例,可1例,差0例。结论:带血管蒂骨膜瓣转移加植骨治疗肱骨骨不连,疗效可靠,是一种理想方法。Objective： To discuss the clinical effects of treating humeral shaft nonunion by vascularized periosteal flap and bone graft method. Methods： Treating 15 patients with humeral shaft nonunion by vascularized periosteal flap and bone graft method. Results： 15 cases were followed up, 8N22 months （An average of 12.5 months）, all patients with nonunion healed, Bone healing time was 10 months （An average of 6 months）. Neer standard was used to assess shoulder, elbow function, excellent in 10 cases, good in 4 cases, 1 case in middle,and poor in 0 cases. Conclusion： The effect of transfer with a vascularized periosteal flap and bone graft treatment of humeral bone nonunion is reliable and ideal.
