摘　　要：为改善城市环境,提高住宅的功能、美观、结构的适应性,我国大量建于上世纪80、90年代的既有住宅面临改造更新。本文即是对重庆市渝中区人民村旧居住区的实例改造进行总结。通过对居住区现状进行实地调研及居民问卷调查,在改造设计中提出了"功能、美学、节能、人性"四位一体的技术路线,从这四个角度出发,针对性的选取适宜本项目使用的技术要点及策略,以期对既有住宅建筑的改造实践提出较有价值的参考。In order to improve the city environment, improve the residential function, appearance, structure adaptability, a large number of existing residences built in the 1980s and 1990s need to be updated. The paper summarized the reformation about the old residential district of Renmin Village in Yuzhong District of Chongqing city. Through the field research and residents＇ questionnaire survey in to the residential status, the paper put forward the four-in-one technology route of ＂function, aesthetics, energy-saving and humanity＂ in the reformation design. From the four angles, it selected the technique and strategy appropriate for this project to provide valuable reference for the transformation of the existing residential buildings.
