摘　　要：纱线捻度不匀是影响纱线质量的一项重要指标,会影响纱线和织物的内在及外观质量,增加各工序断头率,使织机的经纬纱断头增多,导致纱疵增加,降低生产效率。文章分析了导致纱线捻度不匀的影响因素,包括锭子、锭带、锭带盘、钢领和钢丝圈等,探讨了降低纱线捻度不匀的有效措施,以期达到提高产品质量和生产效率的目的。Irregularity of yarn twist is a key criteria affecting yarn quality, which reduces the outlook and inner quality of the yarn and fabric. It also increases yarn breaks, defects and lowering productivity. This article has analyzed the route causes of yarn irregularity, including the influences of spinders, spinning behs, spinning plates and the rings. An effective solution to control the yarn irregularity with the purpose of increasing the yarn~ productivity and quality is discussed.
