摘　　要：为提升我国网络经济违法监管成效,依据当前我国网络经济违法监管开展情况,建立了网络经营活动过程中政府与网络经营者的进化博弈模型,分析了博弈双方的稳定性条件,揭示双方的行为特征及其对稳定状态的影响。研究结果表明,国家可给予相关监管机构专项补贴;增强违法经营行为对社会、政府负效应的影响程度;应增大网络经营者违法经营的查处罚金;大力推行国家项目资金向企业的倾斜力度,提高监管技术手段、提升民众对违法监管重要性认识度、健全社会信用体系和加强监管人员技能培训。In order to improve the effects of legal supervision of the network economy,on the basis of current legal supervision in our country,the evolutionary game-theoretic model betw een the government and netw ork traders in netw ork business process w as developed to analyzes the stability condition of both sides and reveal their behaviors and the effects on their stability.The results of the study show that the special subsidy should be provided to the relevant supervisory authority,Enhancing the influence degree of the negative effects on illegal business behavior to society and government,enlarging the punishment to the illegal business netw ork operator,improving measurement providing more the national project funds to the enterprise,enhancing regulatory technical means,letting more people know the importance of illegal supervision,and perfecting the social credit system and strengthening the supervision of personnel skills training.
