CACTA意外发现成人先心病120例分析

摘　　要：目的提高影像医生在冠状动脉CTA中发现成人先天性心脏病的诊断意识。方法对2008年6月—2012年5月在CACTA检查中意外发现的成人先天性心脏病120例进行分析。结果其中房间隔缺损81例,室间隔缺损13例,动脉导管未闭2例,肺动脉狭窄1例,冠状动脉瘘3例,冠状动脉起源异常5例,主动脉二叶畸形3例,肺动脉四叶畸形1例,左侧三房心8例,部分性肺静脉异位引流3例。结论 CACTA可以同时诊断部分成人先心病,在诊断中应提高认识,减少漏诊、误诊。Objective To improve the accuracy of diagnosis congenital heart disease（CHD） in Adult with CACTA.Methods In 120 cases who underwent CACTA diagnosed by accident as CHD between June.2008 to May.2012.Results Among these 120 cases,there were 81 cases with atrial septal defect（ASD）,13 cases with ventricular septal defect（VSD）,2 cases with patent ductus arteriosus（PDA） and 1 case with pulmonary artery stenosis（PS）,3 cases with coronary artery fistula（CAF）,5 cases with anomalous origin of coronary artery（AOCA）,3 cases with bicuspid aortic valve（BAV）,1 case with quaterfoil pulmonary valve（QPV）,8 cases with Cor Triarium（CorT）,3 cases with partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection（PAPVC）.Conclusion CACTA can be used to diagnose congenital heart disease in adult.Recongnizing the signs of CHD can reduse the missed diagnosis.
