依贝沙坦联合丹参在2型糖尿病早期肾损害中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨依贝沙坦联合丹参治疗2型糖尿病早期肾损害的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取符合标准的患者60例,采用随机数字的方法分为观察组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予常规降血糖治疗,对照组加用缬沙坦胶囊及肾康注射液,观察组加用依贝沙坦胶囊及注射用丹参冻干粉;两组患者均为7d一个疗程,连续给药4个疗程,疗程结束观察临床疗效。结果:疗程结束后,两组患者肾内动脉血流动力参数与治疗前比较,各项指标均好转(P<0.05),但是观察组患者改善更明显(P<0.01);入组时,两组患者Cys C、SCr、24hUP、mAlb及β2-MG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗程结束后,其水平与治疗前比较均下降(P<0.05),但是观察组患者下降幅度更大(P<0.01)。结论:依贝沙坦联合丹参治疗2型糖尿病早期肾损害,可以提高肾血流速度,改善肾脏血流灌注,临床疗效好,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate in treatment of type 2 diabetic early renal the clinical efficacy and safety of irbesartan combined with salvia damage Method ：60 examples the selection of standard, by using a random number method, divided into the observation group and the control group ,30 cases in each group. The two groups of patients were given routine hypoglycemic treatment, the control group plus valsartan cap-sules and Shenkang injection, the observation group with irbesartan capsule and Danshen injection lyophi-lized powder; 7 days was a course of treatment, continuous for 4 courses, observe clinical efficacy at the end of the treatment. Result： After treatment, two groups of patients with renal artery hemodynamic parameters compared with before treatment, the indicators are better （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but in the observation group improved more obviously （P 〈 0.01） ; In this group, two groups of patients with Cys C, SCr, 24hUP, mAlb and β2-MG levels were not statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; after the end of treatment, the levels compared with before treatment were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the observation group were decreased greatly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Irbesartan combined with salvia in treatment of type 2 diabetic with early renal damage, can improve the renal blood flow velocity, improve renal blood flow perfusion, It has good clinical curative effect, It＇s high safety, worthy of clinical application.
