输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石疗效及护理研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效及护理对其的影响。方法:选取2007年5月至2011年5月于本院进行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗的150例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理组)75例和观察组(强化护理干预组)75例,后将两组患者的输尿管各段及总碎石成功率、住院时间、并发症发生率、患者满意度及护理前后的相关知识掌握程度、治疗配合度及积极性进行统计及比较。结果:观察组的输尿管各段及总碎石成功率均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,护理后相关知识掌握程度、治疗配合度及积极性均优于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石配合强化护理干预可以显著改善患者的治疗中的多项评估指标,从而显著改善治疗效果。Objective： To study the effect of holmium yag laser lithotripsy by ureteroscope in ureteral calculi and the influence of nursing for it. Method：150 patients with ureteral calculi treated with holmium yag laser lithotripsy by ureteroscope in our hospital from May 2007 to May 2011 were selected as research ob-ject,and they were randomly divided into control group （ routine nursing group ） 75 cases and observation group （ strengthening nursing intervention group ） 75 cases, then the lithotripsy success rate of every segment and total rate, hospitalization time , incidence of complications , satisfaction gree of related knowledge , cooperation degree and enthusiasm of treatment degree of patients and master de-before and after the nursing of two groups were analyzed and compared. Result：The lithotripsy success rate of every segment and total rate of observation group were all higher than those of control group, hospitalization time was shorter than that of con-trol group,incidence of complications was lower than was higher than that of control group, master degree of that of control group, The satisfaction rate of patients related knowledge , cooperation degree and enthusiasm of treatment after the nursing were all better than those of control group, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion ：The holmium yag laser lithotripsy by ureteroscope combined with strengthening nurs-ing intervention can significantly improve many evaluation indexes so as to improve the effect.
