摘  要:在美国ACE催化裂化反应评价装置上,以委内瑞拉加氢尾油为原料,考察了反应温度、剂油比[m(催化剂)/m(原料油)]对产品分布的影响,在确定的适宜操作参数下研究了委内瑞拉加氢尾油在4种平衡剂上的裂化性能。结果表明,反应温度为530℃,剂油比为6是比较适宜的操作参数;与其他3种平衡剂相比,中国石油兰州化工研究中心研发,中国石油兰州石化公司催化剂厂生产的LDO-70催化剂更适合委内瑞拉加氢尾油催化裂化时使用。The effect of reaction temperature and mass ratio of catalyst to feedstock on product distri- bution of catalytic cracking was investigated with Venezuela's hydrogenation tail oil as feedstock in an ACE evaluation device made in America, and the cracking behavior of the feedstock on 4 equilibrium catalysts was studied at suitable parameters obtained in this experiment. The results showed that the suit- able reaction temperature was 530 ℃ , and the massratio of catalyst to feedstock 6. Compared to 3 other catalysts,the catalyst LDO -70, which was devel- oped by Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center and produced by Catalyst Factory of Lanzhou Petrochem- ical Company, was the best for Venezuela' s hydro- genation tail oil.
