摘 要:在以丙纶切片为原料的丙纶短纤维生产装置上考察了上油辊转速、油剂组成、油剂的均匀性、分析测定环境的温度、湿度等因素对丙纶短纤维比电阻的影响。结果表明,上油辊转速和油剂的均匀性对丙纶短纤维的比电阻均有较大影响,为维持生产运行,应调节油辊转速,使丙纶短纤维的含油率达到0.50%~0.65%;与油剂A相比,使用油剂B时丙纶短纤维的比电阻较小;为获得准确的测定结果,应将分析环境的温度及湿度控制在适当范围内。The influencing factors of specific re- sistance of polypropylene (PP) staple fiber, such as the rotation speed of oiling roller, the composition and uniformity of finish oil and the environmental temperature and humidity for measurement, were in- vestigated in a PP staple fiber unit with PP slice as raw material. The results showed that both the rota- tion speed of oiling roller and the uniformity of finish oil had a significant influence on the specific resist- ance of PP staple fiber. In order to maintain a nor-mal running of the fiber production, the rotation speed should be regulated so that the mass fraction of finish oil in the staple fiber ranged between 0.50% and 0.65%. Compared to finish oil A,when finish oil B was used, the staple fiber had smaller specific resistance. The environmental temperature and humidity needed to be adjusted to a suitable range for more accurate measurement results.
