摘　　要：中国石油吉林石化公司染料厂苯酚丙酮装置丙烯输送泵为LMV322型高速泵,密封繁琐。一段为齿轮箱油封,二段为丙烯密封,二段密封经常泄漏,泄漏后丙烯在空气中大量气化极易发生着火爆炸,存在重大隐患,因此进行了机械密封泄漏隐患改造,其结果达到了预期效果。The type of propylene delivery pumps of phenol acetone plant in PetroChina Jilin Petro- chemical Company Dye Factory is LMV 322,which is classified as high speed pump with the cumbersome sealing process. There are two sealing segments. The first segment is oil seal of gearbox, and the second segment is propylene sealing,which often leak. Leaking propylene massively gasifies in the air, and it is resulting in fire or explosion. It is regarded as a great potential hazard. Therefore,the factory carries out the modification of mechanical seal, and achieves the desired effect.
