摘  要:针对目前厂用电电能表数据抄取周期较长,统计结果滞后、可靠性不高等问题,内蒙古东华热电厂对6 kV厂用负荷计量装置进行了智能电能表自动抄表系统改造,该抄表系统主要由电能表、采集装置、传输通道、电量小组站、隔离装置、服务器和客户端组成,可实现厂用负荷的实时在线监控功能,保证了数据的真实、可靠性。利用实时采集到的数据可进行厂用电率计算、经济指标及厂用负荷的节能指标分析等工作,为机组的整机优化运行提供可靠的参数依据。In view of the longer electric energy meter data copying cycle in present electric power plant, the statistical results lag, the low reliability, Inner Mongolia Donghua Power Plant made 6 kV plant load measurement device for intelligent electric energy meter automatic meter reading system transformed. The meter reading system is mainly made up of an electric energy meter, data acquisition device, transmission channel, electricity group station, isolation device, server and client components, and it can realize the load of plant real-time on-line monitoring function, so that the data is true and reliable. Using real-time collected data can do the factory electricity rate, economic index and the load of plant energy saving index analysis in order to provide reliable basis parameters for units' optimization operation.
