摘 要:目的建立小儿肠胃康颗粒的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对小儿肠胃康颗粒中鸡眼草、赤芍、甘草进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定芍药苷和甘草酸含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.1%磷酸-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm和250 nm。结果 TLC法能鉴别出鸡眼草、赤芍、甘草。芍药苷与甘草酸质量浓度线性范围分别为2.9~174μg/mL(r2=1.000 0)和1.3~79μg/mL(r2=0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为99.25%和98.38%,RSD分别为1.55%和1.27%(n=6)。结论建立的方法简便、准确,可用于小儿肠胃康颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a method to control the quality of Xiao'er Changweikang Granules.Methods Herba Kummerowiae Striatae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae were indentified by TLC.Paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid were determined by HPLC.The chromatographic separation was performed on the Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution with 0.1%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and 250 nm.Results The developed TLC spots were fairly clear and the blank test showed no interference.The linear range of paeoniflorin was 2.9-174 μg/mL(r^2=1.000 0),the average recovery rate was 99.25%,RSD=1.55%(n=6).The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 1.3-79 μg/mL(r^2=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 98.38%,RSD=1.27%(n=6).Conclusion The method is effective for the quality control of Xiao'er Changweikang Granules.
