骨瓜提取物注射剂致过敏性休克14例文献分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骨瓜提取物注射剂致过敏性休克的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2005年至2010年中国期刊全文数据库进行检索,对其中涉及骨瓜提取物注射剂致过敏反应的病例进行统计分析。结果共检索到骨瓜提取物注射剂致过敏性反应文献13篇,14例。骨瓜提取物注射剂致过敏性休克的临床表现以心血管系统损害、中枢神经系统损害、呼吸系统损害较为多见。结论骨瓜提取物注射剂导致过敏性休克发生时间短,病情危重。骨瓜提取物注射剂自身因素是导致过敏性休克主要原因,应引起临床高度重视。Objective To investigate the clinical features and the regularity of anaphylactic shock induced by Gugua Extractives Injection to provide reference for rational drug use.Methods Fourteen cases of allergic reaction induced of Gugua Extractives Injection were collected and statistically analyzed by retrieving the Chinese Journal Full-Text Database（CJFD） during 2005 —2010.Results Thirteen articles of anaphylactic shock caused by Gugua Extractives Injection were retrieved,including 14 involved cases.Among the clinical manifestations,the damages of cardiovascular system,central nervous system and respiratory system were common.Conclusion The occurrence time of anaphylactic shook caused by Gugua Extractives Injection is short with critical condition.The own factors of Gugua Extractives Injection is the major cause leading to anaphylactic shook,which should be paid great attention to by clinic.
