摘　　要：针对公安各信息系统之间存在信息资源不能大量复用、无法实时共享与协同应用等问题,设计公安信息资源整合平台.该平台基于面向服务体系架构(SOA),采用基于代理的USB-KEY身份认证的单点登录统一认证和基于JAVA消息服务(JMS)的图形化公安业务建模技术,从登录、应用、数据及流程4个方面对公安各信息系统进行整合.测试结果表明:该信息资源整合平台具有较好的实用价值,可在公安情报分析中发挥重要作用.There is a large number of information systems for public security bureau at present, most of which are challenged by difficulties of data-reuse, real-time sharing and cooperation of applications and so on. The paper introduces an integration platform for public security information resources, as well as its concrete operating procedures. This paper integrates systems for public security bureau from the four aspects of login, application, data and circuit, based on the service-oriented architecture （SOA）, the single sign-on technology of USB-key authentication based on agent and modeling technology of public security business based on JAVA message service （JMS） graphically. Now the service platform of public security information resources has a good practical value through the related tests, and plays an important role in police intelligence analysis.
