内脏脂肪素在2型糖尿病患者血清中的表达水平及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨内脏脂肪素在2型糖尿病患者血清中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法收集我院2009年1月至2011年1月住院的2型糖尿病患者60例,分为糖尿病非血管病变组、糖尿病大血管病变组和糖尿病微血管病变组,每组各20例,并设立健康对照组;采集受试者外周静脉血,ELISA法检测血清中内脏脂肪素的浓度。结果糖尿病患者血清中内脏脂肪素的水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。糖尿病患者之间,大血管病变和微血管病变组血清中内脏脂肪素的水平显著高于非血管病变组(P<0.05),而大血管病变组和微血管病变组两者之间内脏脂肪素的水平则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论内脏脂肪素在糖尿病患者血清中表达水平明显增高,在糖尿病血管并发症的发生发展过程中起一定作用,可以作为糖尿病血管内皮损伤的预测监控因子。Objective To study the serum level and clinical significance of visfatin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in this study.The serum visfatin was determined by Enzyme-Iineked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The serum concentration of visfatin in diabetes mellitus patients was significantly higher than the control group（P 0.05）.The level of visfatin in diabetic angiopathy was higher than that in type 2 diabetes mellitus alone（P 0.05）.The level of visfatin was not different between diabetic macroangiopathy and diabetic microangiopathy（P 005）.Conclusions Increased visfatin level is found in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and which is related with the development of diabetic angiopathy.
