TVT-O术治疗Ⅱ/Ⅲ型女性压力性尿失禁患者的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨经闭孔无张力阴道吊带术（TVT-O）治疗Ⅱ/Ⅲ型女性压力性尿失禁患者的围手术期护理经验。方法对我院2009年2月至2011年8月28例Ⅱ/Ⅲ型女性压力性尿失禁患者的TVT-O术及相应的护理措施,包括术前、术后的身心护理及出院指导,进行总结报告。结果所有28例患者出院后随访8~24个月,平均18个月,随访尚未发现尿失禁复发、尿瘘、吊带外露、局部感染、阴道和尿道侵蚀现象。结论 TVT-O术对治疗女性压力性尿失禁有良好效果,并发症少,同时围手术期护理是患者康复的有力保障。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing experience of tension-free vaginal tape-obturator（TVT-O） procedure of II /III-type female patients with stress urinary incontinence.Methods 28 cases of II /III female patients with stress urinary incontinence in hospital from February 2009 to August 2011 received TVT-O surgery and corresponding nursing interventions,including preoperative,postoperative physical and psychological nursing and discharge guidance.Results All 28 patients were followed up for 8 to 24 months after discharge,with an average of 18 months.Incontinence recurrence,urinary fistula,harness exposure,local infection,vaginal and urethral erosion was not found during the follow-up.Conclusion TVT-O procedure is efficient for the treatment of female patients with stress urinary incontinence,with fewer complications,and perioperative nursing is a strong guarantee to the rehabilitation of patients.
