品管圈活动对提高留置胃管成功率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的通过全员参与质量管理的活动,对留置胃管中的一些不良因素加以纠正,提高置管一次成功率,保证优质护理服务质量。方法在本科室成立质量管理小组(品管圈QCC,圈名为卫献圈),运用品管工具分析,通过研究留置胃管失败的因素,在本科室两个病区各层次护士统计了253次留置胃管,一次置管成功率为90.1%,通过6个月的品管圈活动,全员参与质量管理,加强技能培训。结果留置胃管253次,一次成功率达到98%,提高了7.9%。结论品管圈活动提高了全员参与质量管理的意识,改善了病人对护士留置胃管技术的满意度。Objective To explore the quality control circle in improving the success rate of gastric tube indwelling,ensure the quality of nursing service.Methods A quality management team（quality control circle,named as Wei Xian circle） was set up in the department,253 cases of gastric tube indwelling were analyzed by application of quality control tools,one-time operating success rate was 90.1%.All nurses took part in six months of quality control circle activities,analyzed the failure factors of gastric tube indwelling for full participation in quality management to strengthen the skills training.Results 253 cases of gastric tube indwelling got one-time success rate of 98%,with an increase of 7.9%.Conclusion Quality control circle activities have improved the sense of full participation in quality management,and improved patients＇ satisfaction with nurses in gastric tube indwelling techniques.
