摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)在结肠手术围手术期护理的相关问题,为进一步研究及实施FTS提供理论基础。方法通过广泛查阅文献,进一步归纳总结近年来报道关于FTS在结肠手术围手术期的护理研究。结果 FTS通过术前教育、心理护理、体温护理、术后有效镇痛、早期进食及活动等方面有效地促进患者早期康复。结论 FTS作为一个新兴的外科模式,其在结肠手术中应用效果确切,值得进一步推广实施及研究。Objective To explore the issues of perioperative nursing for fast track surgery（FTS） in colon surgery,provide a theoretical basis for further study and implementation of FTS.Methods An extensive literature review,and further summarized the report about perioperative nursing for the FTS in colon surgery in recent years.Results FTS promoted early rehabilitation for patients by preoperative education,psychological care,body temperature care,effective postoperative analgesia,early eating and activities.Conclusion FTS as an emerging mode of surgery,its application effect is exact in colon surgery,which is worthy of further implementation and research.
