民间中草药刺苋的化学与药理研究进展

摘　　要：刺苋为民间中草药,广泛应用于我国南部地区,特别是云南各地。研究发现刺苋有多方面的生理活性,具有显著的开发利用价值。本文介绍刺苋的民间用途,综述刺苋的化学研究,以及在镇痛抗炎、利尿、退热、免疫、保肝、降血糖、抗疟疾、抗菌、抗氧化等方面的药理作用研究进展,为刺苋的进一步开发利用提供依据。As one of folk medicinal herb, Amaranthus spinesus L. is widely used in south China, especially Yunnan province, h is finding that this plant showed various pharmacological activities with remarkable value for development and utilization. In this arti- cle, the folk uses of this herb have been introduced together with a brief review of chemical and pharmacological research progress, such as anti- inflammatory and analgesic, diuretic, antipyretic, immunity, bepatoproteetive, hpyerglycemic, antimalarial, antibacteri- al and antioxidant activities. It will be provide the basis for further research and development of this herb.
