摘　　要：随着高校教育改革的推进,大学生就业难问题日益突出。究其原因是多方面的,但目前高校大学生普遍缺乏科学的职业生涯规划却是一个不可忽视的重要原因。文章着重阐述了大学生职业生涯规划教育的重要意义、分析大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状及其存在的主要问题,进而提出在新形势下大力发展职业生涯规划教育、构建完善的教育组织体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善课程体系、建立测评体系和咨询平台、倡导个性化服务等教育对策。With the deepening of the reform in higher education, the problem of college graduates difficulty in finding a job has now been increasingly outstanding. Among the various reasons, however, one that cannot be ignored is that the present college students are widely in lack of scientific career planning education. This thesis mainly focuses on the significance of career planning education among college students, analyzing its present situation and the major problems existing, and proposing some effective solutions to promoting the development of career planning education, establishing perfect educational organization system, enhancing the construction of teaching staff, perfecting the system of courses, setting up an evaluation system and a consultation platform, and advocating personalized services under new circumstances.
