创业大学生档案管理模式初探

摘　　要：基于社会就业形势越来越严峻,大学生创业越来越普遍。从档案管理的角度出发,通过分析高校学生人事档案的作用,阐述了创业大学生档案管理的重要性。针对创业大学生档案管理的现状,为解决创业大学生档案被忽视,档案为学生和用人单位服务的价值得不到有效发挥的问题,进一步利用档案激发大学生的创业热情,更好地开发利用大学生创业成果。从高校档案部门、国家政策、档案托管机构、大学生档案意识、档案制度等5个角度提出对创业大学生档案管理机制构建的建议,并进一步阐明构建此管理机制的意义。Under the background that the present employment situation is becoming more and more severe and a growing number of university graduates are willing to establish their own business, this paper, from the point of view of the archives management, expounds the importance of the archives management of the college students by analyzing the function of the personnel files of college students. Further based on the present situation of college student archives management, it is found that college student archives are ignored, and the service value for graduates and employers is ineffective. In order to stimulate their entrepreneurial activity by further using archives, and make better use of the outcomings from their activities, this paper discusses the archives management mechanism of college graduate entrepreneurships, further explains the significance of constructing the management system and puts forward some suggestions from the following five aspects, the archives department, national policy, file hosting organization, college students＇ archive consciousness, and file system.
