小康型乡镇老年居民医疗服务体系建设研究——以昆山市锦溪镇为例  

On the Construction of Medical Service System for Senior Citizens in Well-off Towns and Villages——A Case Study of Jinxi Town of Kunshan City

摘　　要：对昆山市锦溪镇的21个行政村和2个居委会的老年人健康状况和医疗服务现状的调查分析表明:老年人高血压、高血脂、高血糖等慢性病检出率高,老龄人口发病率高。为此,需要进一步建立健全老年医疗服务体系建设,优化乡镇卫生院人力资源配置,改善就诊环境,更新仪器设备,大力开展相关疾病保健知识的宣教和预防干预,从而建立小康型乡镇老年居民医疗服务体系。The analysis of the senior citizens＇ health and medical services they receive in the 21 villages and 2 communities in Jinxi Town of Kunshan City shows that such chronic diseases as the elderly hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia have a high detection rate, the aged population is subject to diseases of various kinds that it is necessary to further establish and improve the elderly medical service system, optimize the dis- tribution of human resources of health center in towns and villages, ameliorate the environment of encounter, update the equipments, increase education and intervention of related diseases so as to build a medical service system for senior citizens in well-off towns and villages.
