构建三级医院知识管理平台 促进城乡卫生服务均等化

摘　　要：目的城乡卫生医疗服务均等化是新医改的重要内容之一,全面提升乡镇医疗机构的医疗技术水平需要建立持续而有效的知识支持体系。笔者结合实践,介绍我院通过构建基于网站、论坛、手机以及远程医疗等多维一体的三级医院与乡镇医院的知识管理与交流平台帮助基层医疗机构的医疗水平的全面提升,为促进城乡卫生服务均等化作有益的尝试。并对三级医院对基层医疗机构知识支援的意义与必要性进行了深入的探讨。The equalization of health medical service in urban and rural areas is an important content of the new medical reform. It requires the support from a sustainable and effective knowledge system to improve the medical technological level of hospitals in rural areas in all aspects. This article, based on our hospital＇s real practice, will in- troduce the platform of knowledge management and communication between third - class hospitals and hospitals in ru- ral areas through the use of Internet, forums, mobile phones and long - distance medical treatment, which helps thor- ough enhancement of grass -roots medical organizations＇ medical treatment level and is a try beneficial to the equali- zation of health service in urban and rural areas. In addition, this article also has a profound exploration of the signifi- cance and necessity of knowledge support from third - class hospitals to grass - roots medical organizations.
