血糖生化全程质量控制在公共卫生调查项目中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过开展血糖检测项目全程质量控制,探讨该质量控制方法在公共卫生调查项目中的应用。方法采用VITALAB Selectra XL全自动生化分析仪及葡萄糖测定试剂盒(液体单剂型)葡萄糖氧化酶法,对质控系列样品及2093份血液样品进行血糖检测,每测定50个样品做一套质控系列样品检测。结果八次实验室检测能力验证结果经国家实验室评分均为优秀,其质控系列样品全部测定点检测结果均在可控范围内,符合质量控制要求。结论血糖生化全程质量控制在本次大规模公共卫生调查项目中起到了重要作用,并实现了对不同实验室检测结果的实时监控,有效保证了实验室检测结果的准确性和可比性,为基于流行病学调查方法的公共卫生调查项目提供了高质量的实验数据,值得推广应用。Objective To approach the method Of quality control in public health survey project, by using full quality control in blood glucose testing. Methods 2093 blood samples were tested, had get a conformity assessment for control serial samples tes- ting, by VITALAB selectra XL automatic biochemical analyzer in glucose oxidase method derived from glucose reagent kit. Mean- while, control serial samples test were executed with an interval of 50 blood samples. Results 8 ability validation tests results were assessed excellent by country laboratory, and all check point results of control serial sample were in control range and according with the demands of quality control. Conclusion Full quality control in blood glucose testing has given play to vital rule in this large - scale public health survey project. By using it, real time monitoring for difference laboratory have been achieved, result accuracy and comparability have been guaranteed, and high quality laboratory data have been provided for public health survey project based on epidemiology method. In this way, it is worth popularizing.
