血液透析串联血液灌流治疗并发症的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析(Hemodialysis,HD)串联血液灌流(Hemoperfusion,HP)个体化预冲流程及护理干预对并发症预防效果。方法比较实施预冲流程及护理干预前、后两组血液透析串联血液灌流治疗患者的常见并发症,包括低血压、过敏、凝血、出血等的发生率进行统计分析。结果观察组血液透析串联血液灌流中发生低血压、低血糖、凝血、出血等并发症发生率明显降低,前后两组比较,p<0.01,有显著性差异。结论血液透析串联血液灌流治疗前全面评估患者基础疾病、出凝血时间、采用个性化预冲灌流器、透析器及管路,准确个性化使用抗凝药的剂量,可减少并发症的发生,有助于提高病人的治疗效果及确保安全。Objective To observe the outcomes of applying individual nursing interventions to prevent the complications in hemodialysis（HD） combine with hemoperfusion（HP） patients. Methods Retrospective analysis the complications which occurred in hemodialysis combine with hemoperfusion patients before individual nursing interventions implement, complications including hypotension, allergy, dialyser and bloodline clotting, wound bleeding eet. To evaluate the efficacy of the nursing prevention after implement individual nursing interventions for HD combine with HP patients. Results After applying individual nursing interventions for patients on HD combine with HP, the incidence rate of complications significant lower than pre - implement individual nursing interventions patients, p 〈0. 01. Conclusion Conclusion Comprehensive assessment patient＇s underlying diseases, lab results（ PT, ATT）, according patient＇s situations to choose proper priming methods and use accurate dose heparin ect. Which can reduce the complications,improve the quality and safety of therapeutic patients on hemodialysis combine with hemoperfusion.
