麦肯基疗法在腰椎间盘突出症社区康复护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察麦肯基疗法在社区康复护理中的作用。方法 80例腰椎间盘突出症患者被随机分为两组,试验组及对照组各40例。两组患者均接受包括腰椎牵引、物理因子治疗等的普通康复治疗,试验组在此基础上接受康复护理教育,进行麦肯基治疗性练习,并要求每日在家坚持练习20～30 min。所有患者每天进行治疗一次,每周5次,2周为一疗程。治疗前后对疼痛症状进行VAS问卷评分。结果治疗前VAS评定得分为:试验组6.15±1.16,对照组5.74±0.99;治疗后患者VAS评定得分为试验组3.86±0.93,对照组4.96±0.92,治疗后试验组患者VAS疼痛评分下降2.29±0.62,对照组VAS疼痛评分下降0.78±0.31(p<0.05),两组具有显著性差异。结论麦肯基疗法结合普通康复治疗能更有效改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状。Objective To observe the effects of Mchenzie therapy in community rehabilitation care. Meth- ods Eighty patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided randomly into two groups as treatment group and control group. Patients in both group received common rehabilitation therapy like traction therapy and physical therapy. Pa- tients in treatment group also receive rehabilitation nursing education and were taught to perform therapeutic exercises based on Mckenzie therapy 20 to 30 minutes daily. All patients received treatments once a day, 5 days a week for 2 weeks. VAS scale was adopted to assess the pain of patients before and after treatment. Results The VAS score was 6, 15 ±1.16 in treatment group and 5.74±0.99 in control group before treatment. The VAS score was 3.86 ±0.93 in treatment group and 4.96 ± 0.92 in control group after treatment. VAS score decrease 2.29 ± 0.62 in treatment group and 0.78 ± 0.31 in control group after treatment with significant difference（p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mckenzie therapy combined with common rehabilitation therapy can reduce the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation more effectively than common rehabilitation therapy only.
