摘　　要：特殊过程产品传统的质量保证方法通常是采用抽检、相关性能的检测等间接检测方法,检测内容和方法的可靠性缺少科学试验验证,这无疑存在着质量隐患。特殊过程确认可以弥补这个缺失,可提高产品的可靠性,即对抽检或产品间接检测性能的特殊过程进行确认,对间接测量的边界条件,替代测量的性能与被替代性能间的关联性等进行试验验证。The common quality assurance of special processing products is random inspection, detection of relative func- tions, which are all indirect methods. The reliability of detection methods and contents are lack of scientific proof test which may cause serious quality consequences. Special process confirming can make up the defects and improve the quality of prod- ucts. It does indirect test confirming to special process of random inspection produces or all products, and also does proof test to boundary conditions and relationship between performance of indirect detection and substituted measuring.
