摘 要:以上海轨道交通1~9号线为例,统计分析了因列车车门故障导致列车晚点、清客救援等运营事故的原因。分析表明:大量的所谓列车车门故障在硬件或车门控制系统上查不出故障原因;车门故障具有明显的早晚高峰特征、工作日特征和季节特征;在客流量高的线路、车站,列车车门的故障率相对较高。因此,大客流是列车车门故障的第一诱因。Form January 1,2007 to April 20, 2009, there were 2301 operational accidents (including train delay, e- vacuation and rescue) caused by train door failure on 974 trains of Shanghai metro network from Line 1 to Line 9. Though it is difficult to detect any evident "door failure accidents"caused by hardware troubles or by door control system based on a statistical analysis of the accidents, the door failures feature obvious peak time, working days and seasons characters, also the failure rate is relatively high on busy lines and at crowded stations, so great passenger flow could be considered as the first major reason for the door failure.
