摘　　要：结合城市轨道交通乘客信息系统的特点,在技术和可用性层面上对WiMAx(全球微波互联接入)技术进行了描述及分析。WiMAX解决了车地无线通信系统中数据带宽不稳定、多径干扰等技术难题,使轨道交通乘客信息系统中的车地无线通信子系统有了一种更为合适的可行性方案。对相关新技术进行了展望。Combined with specific characteristics of passen- ger information system （PIS） in urban rail transit, WiMAX technique is described and analyzed from both technical and application layers, a feasibility plan for communication subsystem of rolling stock and ground is proposed and the tech-nical perspective is explored.
