低碳背景下住宅产业破坏性创新发展研究

摘　　要：针对住宅产业发展面临的技术创新不足和市场缺失问题,基于破坏性创新理论的分析框架和住宅产业创新个案分析,提出中国住宅产业的发展路径模型:通过低碳住宅产业的模块创新和架构创新的互动合作以实现产业的破坏性技术创新;在破坏性创新的商业化方面,一方面从低端市场入手,即以当前的我国保障房大规模建设作为切入点,持续培养低碳住宅产业技术创新能力,以低端市场为平台逐渐进入高端市场;另一方面着手新市场的创建和培育,实现低碳住宅新市场破坏性创新发展。The paper puts forward the development path model for housing industry based on the analytical framework of the disruptive innovation theory and the analysis innovative case in the housing industry,which is aimed at solving the problem of insufficient technological innovation and market loss in the housing industry.The industry＇s disruptive technology innovation can be achieved by interaction and cooperation through module innovation in low-carbon housing industry and architectural innovation.In the commercialization of disruptive innovation,two aspects are discussed：first,technological innovation ability can be fostered by taking the current large-scale construction of indemnificatory housing as an entry point（low-end market）,and then the low-end market gradually transfers to the high-end market;second,the new markets can be created and fostered to realize the disruptive innovation development in the low-carbon housing market.
