区域产业集群碳排放弹性分析与路径研究

摘　　要：基于弹性脱钩分析框架,引入了产业集群弹性脱钩因子,建立新的弹性脱钩因果关系链,分析了因果链中各因子关系,并以天津市石化行业为例进行研究,并给出可能的产业集群低碳化实现路径和相关对策。Based on the elastic decoupling analysis framework,this paper brings in the industry cluster elastic decoupling factor,builds a new elastic decoupling causality chain,and analyzes the relationship among the factors in the chain.Aiming at promoting the development of low-carbon industrial cluster,and giving the probably low-carbon path and related countermeasures of the industrial cluster.
