摘　　要：目的评价重点职业人群中开展布鲁氏菌病综合干预措施前后对该人群布病知识知晓率、防护用品使用率及相关行为的变化。方法分别于干预前后从同一人群中抽取从事养殖、屠宰和皮毛加工人等的重点职业人群进行内容相同的问卷调查,比较布病知识知晓率、防护用品使用率、认知态度以及相关行为等的变化情况。结果干预前共调查572人,干预后调查594人,干预前布病知晓率为48.8%,干预后为66.4%;干预前牲畜圈舍定期消毒率10.4%,干预后29.7%;干预前人畜混居现象59.9%,干预后降至53.8%;干预前防护用品使用率3.1%,干预后12.8%;干预前防护意识转变率34.6%,干预后79.9%。结论通过干预措施的开展,有效提高了重点人群的布病防治知识的知晓率、防护用品的使用率。Objective To evaluate the affection of the brucellosis knowledge awareness, protective equipment usage and relat- ed behavior of the focus groups, after carrying out the interventions in Hongsipu. Methods It was selected from the focus group before and after intervention, which engaged in farming, slaughter and fur processing and other key occupational groups randomly, then carried out identical questionnaires, compared the awareness of brucellosis knowledge, protective equipment usage, cognitive attitudes, and related behavior. Results Total of 572 people before and 594 people after the intervention were investigated. Awareness of brucellosis before the intervention was 48.8%, after the intervention was 66.4%. Livestock sheds regular disinfection rate before and after the intervention was 10.4% and 29.7%. Livestock mixed phenomenon before and after the intervention was respectively 59.9% and 53.8%. Protective equipment usage before and after the intervention were respectively 3.1% and 12.8%. The rate of protection awareness changing before and after the intervention was respectively 34.6% and 79.9%. Conclusion Through carrying out the interventions, the focus on the awareness of disease prevention knowledge among the cloth and the utilization of protective equipment is improved effectively.
