宁夏2009年麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫活动评价

摘　　要：目的对宁夏2009年麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫工作进行评价。方法利用全区统计局人口资料、各县上报强化免疫活动相关数据、疫情资料等,对其进行分析评价。结果 2009年全区冷链设备更加完善,使麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫的效果得到保障;全区8月龄～6岁适龄儿童应种人数为573 910人,实种儿童数567 732人,报告接种率98.92%,全区估算接种率、评估接种率均在95%以上;麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫异常反应发生率为7/100万,2009年麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫后强化免疫目标人群麻疹发病得到有效控制。结论 2009年宁夏麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫活动取得良好效果。Objective To evaluate the work of follow - up measles vaccine strengthen immunization in Ningxia in 2009. Methods The population data of Statistics Bureau, the number of vaccines distributed, the data of strengthen immunization activities counties to report, epidemiological data were analyzed and evaluated. Results The coldchain equipment was more complete in Ningxia in 2009, which protect the effect of immunization. 573 910 children who were 8 months to 6 years old should be vaccinated, 98.92% （567 732/573 910） of them were vaccinated in fact. Estimate of vaccination rates and assessing the vaccination rate were all above 95% in Ningxia. The incidence of measles immunization abnormal reaction was 7/1 million. The incidence of the target population of measles had been effectively controlled after 2009. Conclusion The follow up strengthen immunization activities measles vaccine has a good results in Ningxia in 2009.
