猪肉价格波动对养猪业的影响

摘　　要：近年来我国猪肉价格大幅波动,对人民生活水平影响很大。在分析猪肉价格波动原因的基础上,探讨了养猪业的发展对策。分析表明,对养猪业发展支持力度不足和方法欠妥是猪肉价格波动的主要原因。为促进养猪业持续快速健康地发展,我国应在补贴种粮的同时,大力发展养猪业,除了在生产领域反哺外,还要加大在流通领域保护的力度,既要支持规模化养殖户的发展,又要兼顾散养户的利益。In recent years,the pork price presented frequent fluctuations which had influenced the raising of people＇s living standards.Based on the analysis of the factors induced fluctuations of pork price,the strategy for the development of pig farming was discussed.It showed that the main reasons of pork price fluctuations were support shortage and deficiencies in ways.For the pig farming＇s successive and healthy development,more supports on the circulation field besides of the production field,and the development of both small-scale peasants and large-scale farmers should be given.
