摘  要:通过采前喷施钙肥稀土氨基酸钙,探讨采前喷钙对杨桃(Averrhoa carambola Linn.)果实贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,采后10 d内,采前喷钙的杨桃果实的可溶性固形物含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)酶活的变化相对较小,但硬度、总酚含量、过氧化物酶(POD)酶活和可溶性蛋白质含量均提高,因此采前喷钙有利于提高杨桃果实的贮藏品质。The influence of pre-harvest rare earth amino acid calcium spraying on the quality of carambola(Averrhoa carambola Linn.) during storage was studied.The results showed that compare to control,during the first 10 days,the content of soluble solids and enzyme activity of PPO changed a little;while the content of phenolic compounds and soluble protein,firmness and POD enzyme activity was higher.Thus pre-harvest calcium spraying could promote the storage quality of carambola.
