摘  要:高含硫气井关井后常呈现关井后井口压力上升和井口压力下降两种截然不同变化趋势。为了深入揭示高含硫气井关井后井口压力恢复异常变化的本质,通过建立开关井过程中气液两相非稳态变化模型,计算求解生产压差、水击压力、温度效应、重组分沉降和续流效应对气井关井后井口压力变化规律的影响。通过研究,揭示了高含硫气井关井后井口压力变化是受到多个因素的综合影响。关井后井口压力异常通常在小压差大产量气井发生,且井口压力异常在不同关井时期受到的影响因素略有不同。在关井初期,井口压力受到水击压力和重组分沉降的综合影响; 在关井中期,主要是重组分沉降影响; 在关井后期,则主要受到温度的影响。研究结论对于认识和指导高含硫气井实现井口测压代替井底测压开展动态监测工作提供了重要依据。After high sulfur gas well shut-in,the changes of wellhead pressure usually have two different trends:rising or declining.In order to investigate the intrinsic mechanism of the abnormal change of wellhead pressure,the unsteady state model of gas-liquid two-phase change was established during well producing and closing,and several influencing factors on wellhead pressure change after shut-in were studied by resolving the model.The factors studied include:draw down pressure,hydraulic pressure,temperature effect,heavy component settlement and continued flow effect.It was concluded that the wellhead pressure change of high sulfur gas well was a result of a combination of several factors.The abnormal wellhead pressure change usually happened in the well with small pressure difference and high productivity,the influencing factors were slightly different during different stages of shut-in.At the beginning ofshut-in,the factors of influencing wellhead pressure were both hydraulic pressure and heavy component settlement;In the middle of shut-in,the factor of influencing wellhead pressure was heavy component settlement;at a later stage,it is mainly affected by temperature.The results provided important basis for directing dynamic monitoring of high sulfur gas well by testing wellhead pressure instead of wellbore pressure.
