摘 要:根据2010年3月—2011年1月11个航次的调查数据,分析了长海县西北部养殖海域浮游植物种类、密度的周年变化特征。调查期间共鉴定浮游植物54种,主要由硅藻(43种)、甲藻(9种)和着色鞭毛藻(2种)组成。优势度分析显示,全年的主要优势种为中肋骨条藻和角毛藻。浮游植物的细胞密度的周年变化较大,细胞密度3月最高(平均密度为3.0×105个/L),11月最低(平均密度为1.68×104个/L)。与往年对比显示,长海县养殖海域浮游植物数量增多、部分优势种发生改变,调查海域内主要海水养殖品种—虾夷扇贝是影响浮游植物数量及其周年变化的主要因素。The variation in species composition,and density of phytoplankton were monitored in the ranched northwest coast in Changhai County,Liaoning,China,from March,2010 to January,2011.There were 54 species of phytoplankton collected during the surveys,predominated by Bacillariophyta(43 species),Dinophyta(9 species) and Chromophyta Christensen.Dominance index analysis indicated that Skeletonema costatum and Chaetoceros spp.were the predominant species.The phytoplankton densities were found to be varied monthly,the peak in March(3.0× 105 cells/L on average) and the minimum in Novembe(1.68×104cells/L on average).It was found that the phytoplankton density was significantly increased and some dominate species were changed in the sea area surveyed compared to the previous data.The yesso scallop Patinopecten yessoensis as a principal species had significant influences on the quantity and annual variation in the phytoplankton.
