摘　　要：分时电价政策是目前需求侧管理的一项重要手段,并直接影响到蓄能空调项目的推广程度。本文先对目前广东省蓄能分时电价政策现状进行分析,然后通过在多个电价方案下对蓄冷空调案例的投资回收期进行对比和分析,提出具有可操作性的电价政策完善建议,以促进广东省电力需求侧管理工作的开展。Time-of- Use （TOU）power price is one of the roost important measures of Demands Side Management （DSM） and plays an important role inthe expansion of the thermal storage air conditioning.Firstly, this paper analyzed the current status of the TOU price of Guangdong Province, and then compared and analyzed the payback years of ice - storage cases under different Power Rate, and finally provides practical suggestions to improve it, which will help to enhahce demand Side Management in Guangdong province.
