摘　　要：阐述了智能电网的概念、国内外研究现状以及发展智能电网的必然性,总结了智能电网的技术特点和智能电网建设中存在的问题,并进一步指出了智能电网的应用前景及发展方向。The concept of smart grid,the research situation at home and abroad and the necessery of developing smart grid are discussed.the characteriatics of smart grid and problems existing in the construction of smart grid are summarized,the application prospect and development direction of smart grid are pointed out.
